MEDICAL RELEASE
I, the parent/legal guardian of the child named above, a minor, do here authorize the staff of First Covenant Church in Red Wing, MN as agents for the undersigned to consent to any x-ray examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis, or treatment and hospital care or service, which is deemed advisable and is to be rendered to said minor, under the general or specific supervision of any physician and surgeon licensed, or the medical staff of a licensed hospital, whether such diagnosis or treatment is rendered at the office of said physician or at said hospital. It is understood that this authorization is given in advance of any specific diagnosis, treatment, or hospital care being rendered, and is given as specific consent to any all such diagnosis, treatment, or hospital care which the treating healthcare professional, in the exercise of their best judgment, may deem advisable to protect the life and health of said minor child. This authorization is given and shall remain effective for all current and future events with First Covenant Church.

We are also piloting a preschool VBS program this summer that will run congruent with the K-6 program. Space is limited to 12 children. VBS runs all week on July 18-22 from 9:00AM to Noon at First Covenant Church (2302 Twin Bluff Rd, Red Wing).

THEME
Go off-road for a Monumental adventure through the colorful canyons and sunbaked trails of the southwest. By exploring God's awesomeness, kids form a rock-solid faith for the road ahead. Each day at Monumental VBS, kids trek through field-tested rotations that reinforce relevant Bible Points and immerse kids in new adventures.
